Jana Curll's Blog: Art and Life Collide

Design, Art, and Illustration

About Jana

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I’m an illustrator/designer/painter (doncha just hate the multiple title) living in a small house next to a creek on the Sunshine Coast in beautiful British Columbia. I live with my husband Kelly, son Jack and various fickle spiders.

I’m a graduate from Capilano University’s IDEA program and have worked since before graduation for organizations such as AirG and Science World in Vancouver. In 2008 my son was born and I was forced to slow down, look away from the computer and notice all of the little things in life. This blog is primarily an exploration of that. Nothing grandiose, just the little moments that happen when I claw my way across the chasm from life into art.

Also visit my professional site if you feel so inclined.

I hope to see you back here soon!

Cheers,

Jana
PS: pronounced “JAY-nuh”.
